At ProTek RC Sales, we’re passionate about the RC hobby and committed to providing precision parts and exceptional service to enthusiasts worldwide. These terms are designed to create a transparent, fair relationship between us and our valued customers.

As a user of our website and customer of our store, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and checkout
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our products in accordance with their intended purpose and all applicable laws
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all safety guidelines when using RC products, especially batteries and power systems
• Ensure that any products requiring technical expertise are installed by qualified individuals

ProTek RC Sales specializes in high-performance remote control components including:

• Engines and power systems (.21, .21+, brushless motors)
• Scale parts (1/8 Scale Wings, etc.)
• Batteries of various configurations (1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 6s) and related accessories
• Air filters, antenna tubes, body reamers, bearings, and other precision components
• RC vehicles (airplanes, boats, cars) and supporting equipment

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, minor variations may occur, and performance may vary based on usage conditions.

Some products have age restrictions or require specific expertise to operate safely. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you meet any applicable age requirements and have the necessary knowledge for safe operation.

Order Process

When you place an order:

• You receive an order confirmation email (this is not an acceptance of your order)
• We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• We send a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched
• Our acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the items

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

We accept the following payment methods:

• MasterCard
• JCB
• PayPal

Your payment is processed at the time of order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund your payment in full.

Shipping

We ship globally except to Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once we deliver the items to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy:

Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your item
• Items must be in original, unused, unopened condition with all packaging and tags
• Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

• Air filters (once installed or used)
• Body reamers and other precision tools
• Opened and/or used batteries (including Car Batteries and all LiPo packs)
• Any product that has been installed, soldered, or modified

Return Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable service (customer responsible for shipping costs unless error is ours)
4. After inspection, we process refunds or exchanges within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ProTek RC Sales or our suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Republish, reproduce, or distribute website content without express written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or product images without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology on our site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our site or extract data

You retain rights to any content you submit to us (reviews, comments, etc.), but you grant us a perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ProTek RC Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website
• Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question
• We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use, modification, or installation of our products

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unable to resolve informally, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are waived.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
