Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Please see the options below:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the process below.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must request it within 15 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase (order number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the high-performance and precise nature of our products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item:
- Air Filters (Once installed or used)
- Body Reamers (Precision tools)
- Opened and/or Used Batteries (Including Car Batteries and all LiPo packs: 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 6s)
- Any product that has been installed, soldered, or modified in any way.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival to verify the product’s condition.
3. The Return/Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will email you within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
4. Refunds: Timelines & Methods
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we process the return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please indicate the desired product in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
