Q: How do I choose the right battery for my application?
A: Battery choice depends on your vehicle’s requirements and your performance goals. For extreme power and speed (e.g., competitive bashing or racing), higher voltage packs like 4S (14.8V) or 6S (22.2V) are common. For smaller models or less intense applications, 1S (3.7V), 2S (7.4V), or 3S (11.1V) may be perfect. Always consult your vehicle’s manual for compatible voltages and always use a compatible charger.
Q: Are your parts compatible with major brands?
A: Absolutely. We select our components—from brushless motors and bearings to air filters and body reamers—for their quality and broad compatibility. They are designed to work with and upgrade popular RC platforms from leading manufacturers worldwide.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are packed with care and shipped from our workshop located at 160 Moore Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas, US 76107.
Q: What are my shipping options and costs?
A: We offer two reliable global shipping options to get you back to the track or build table quickly:

🚀 Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 days after it leaves our warehouse. Ideal when you need your gear fast.

🛳️ Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50.00, we ship globally for free via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after shipment. Perfect for larger orders and planned upgrades.
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Our team works diligently to process and pack your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking notification via email as soon as it ships.
Q: Do you ship everywhere?
A: We are proud to ship worldwide! However, delivery to some remote locations and certain parts of Asia may be limited or require special arrangements. If you have concerns about your location, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
